Maximising Eastlands prime location, the $665 million development is part of QIC GRE’s vision to transform Eastland into one of Melbourne’s most progressive and exciting urban shopping, entertainment and leisure destinations — delivering a world-class retail offer and an authentic Town Centre for Ringwood.
Thinking outside for inside performance, Louvreclad supplied over 34 thousand lineal metres of our Delta Series® blade in kit form to Acculine, who were contracted by Probuild for all the shopping centre plant rooms. These are situated on the shopping centre roof, making it a crucial design element to provide protection from the elements, while ventilating plant and equipment rooms.
The Delta Series® provided visually pleasing finish as well as meeting the design & budget requirements of the consultants.
We used both perforated and blanked Delta Series® blades which were supplied as per the building program over a period of 10 months.
