A Façade Defined by Precision and Craft

Stage 3 & 4 of St Bede’s College in Chisholm features a series of sophisticated louvre façades that deliver both visual impact with practical performance. The Barossa Series® Aluminium Batten Screens define the east, west, and north-west corners of Block D, the stairwell, and the Chapel’s ground-level west elevation, while the Sheraton Series® Aluminium Modular Blades on the first floor and north elevation of Block A complement the batten screens with vertical panels positioned to manage daylight and movement along key circulation paths. Louvreclad collaborated closely with Richard Crookes Construction and SHAC Architects to coordinate installation methodology in areas with limited access, such as stairwells and roof-adjacent façades, achieving a façade that balances design precision, performance, and visual cohesion.
