Vertical & Horizontal Sunshades feature on the Haven.

Featuring sweeping views, a sky deck and luxury retail offerings, Haven is set to be the newest addition to the ever-growing Newstead precinct. Louvreclad were pleased to be both specified and part of the bespoke design and construction of the $75 million prestigious Haven project within the Gasworks precinct, Newstead, Queensland. A luxurious 25 Storey Apartment Development in Newstead comprising 229 Apartments and retail shopping.
Our stunning individual touches make a crucial difference to a building’s overall comfort, safety, Green Star Rating and performance. These included Vertical and Horizontal Sunshades using 45mm thick aluminium awnings in the Caprice Series® which add a dramatic touch in black powder coated finish to complement the modern design.
Also featured in dramatic black are vertical feature fins, a 75mm thick aluminium sunshade from the Sheraton Series® and single stage aluminium louvres from The Nexus Series® range.
