Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) New Schools 2021, Bundle 3

2021 saw the completion of VSBA 2021 Bundles 1, 2 & 3 Schools.
Louvreclad collaborated closely with Kane Constructions in conjunction with Design Inc and Brand Architects to deliver turn-key (design engineer supply and install) louvre packages for the louvres and screens across all of these schools.

These visionary schools have utilised louvre packages including the Mirage Series, and Caprice Series sunscreens where horizontal and vertical sun shading was required. Kensington Series Class A 100% effective rain defence louvres where max rain defence and mechanical ventilation was required and Axis Series operable louvres to provide controlled natural ventilation in the Performing Arts and Physical Education (PAPE) Buildings.

Louvreclad were thrilled to work alongside Kane Constructions, Design Inc and Brand architects on these School Projects. This collection of 8 schools are a testament to Louvreclad’s expertise and experience in the areas of louvres and sun shading for education architecture.

Louvreclad have now completed 27 schools across Victoria. Eighteen of these have been with Kane Constructions, eight with ADCO Constructions and five more works in progress with Ireland Brown and Lloyd Group due to be completed this year.
